Port Said Governor Launches the Third Phase of Developing Fatima Al-Zahraa District in Cooperation with Mishkat Nour Foundation
Today, Major General Adel Al-Ghadban, Governor of Port Said, announced the launch of the third phase of the development project for Fatima Al-Zahraa district in Al-Dawahy neighborhood, in cooperation with Mishkat Nour Foundation for Science and Cultural Enlightenment.
During his visit to the district, accompanied by Dr. Nour El-Hoda El-Gammal, Chairperson of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, the Governor confirmed that the new phase aims to upgrade residential buildings both internally and externally, improve roads and lighting, and develop public facilities. The goal is to transform the area into a model district that serves the residents of Fatima Al-Zahraa and Al-Dawahy neighborhood as a whole.
The Governor and the Foundation’s Chairperson were warmly received by the local residents, who praised the quick response to their needs, especially after the significant improvements achieved in the first and second phases of the project.
Last week, the Governor inaugurated the second phase of development, implemented by Mishkat Nour Foundation, in the presence of Dr. Nour El-Hoda El-Gammal, Engineer Amr Othman, and several executive leaders.
Thousands of residents of Fatima Al-Zahraa and Al-Dawahy joined the celebration, where the Governor and Dr. El-Gammal cut the ribbon amid cheers, traditional ululations, and the release of hundreds of balloons. The residents expressed their joy at the upgraded living conditions in their area and extended their gratitude to the Governorate and Mishkat Nour Foundation for their continuous efforts to serve the community.
