Continuing its year-round efforts, Mishkat Nour Foundation provides thousands of services during Ramadan.

Major General Adel Al-Ghadban, Governor of Port Said, joined Mishkat Nour’s Ramadan banquet, sharing Iftar with more than 2,500 guests from families supported by the foundation. He also witnessed the production of one ton of kahk and biscuits in preparation for Eid.

Today, Mishkat Nour Foundation hosted over 2,500 guests from the people of Port Said at its Ramadan Iftar banquet, attended by Governor Adel Al-Ghadban along with several executive leaders and Dr. Nour El-Hoda El-Gammal, Chairwoman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. The event was held at El-Qabouti Youth Center in El-Dawahy district.

It is worth noting that the banquet tables were arranged in the football field to form the name “Mishkat Tekaya.”

The Governor engaged with residents, listening to their feedback on the quality of services provided by the foundation, and expressed his happiness with the educational, cultural, social, and medical services offered to the people of underprivileged areas.

He also witnessed the production of one ton of kahk, prepared by families supported by Mishkat Nour, to be distributed to the most vulnerable households. The foundation covers the wages of these families as part of micro-projects designed to increase their income and support home-based work.

In addition, the Governor attended the launch of 50 new projects for women who had been trained in Mishkat Nour’s workshops on producing and packaging detergents. By the end of Ramadan, the foundation will support these women in establishing their own small businesses.
