Dr. Nour El-Hoda El-Gammal witnesses the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Mishkat Nour Foundation and the Egyptian Red Crescent.
The primary goal of this cooperation is to serve and develop society, assist the most needy families, and provide relief to the people of Palestine.
Dr. Nour El-Hoda El-Gammal, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Foundation and the Red Crescent Society in Port Said. The goal is to cooperate in service and humanitarian fields for the benefit of Egyptian society in general, and to provide assistance to our people in Palestine in particular.
At the headquarters of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society in Port Said, El-Gammal attended the signing of the protocol, which was signed by Basma Abu Sitta, CEO of the Foundation, and Dr. Essam El-Hindi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Red Crescent branch in Port Said. Banan Abu Laila, Regional Director of the Mishkat Nour Foundation, was also present.
The protocol includes efforts to serve Egyptian society in various service, educational, and cultural fields, in addition to cooperation in providing aid and relief to sister countries, particularly the people of Palestine, especially after the aggression on Gaza. The Mishkat Nour Foundation operates several educational, cultural, service, and medical programs with the goal of empowering and developing citizens, enhancing their skills and behavior, and providing vocational education and preparing them for the labor market. Its work focuses on alternative slum areas and among the most needy families.
The foundation's activities are spread across several governorates, including Cairo, Port Said, Sohag, Luxor, Ismailia, and others.
On the other hand, the Red Crescent is one of the oldest charitable organizations in Egypt. It works to assist, train, and qualify citizens in various humanitarian and service fields, and to provide assistance to friendly and sisterly peoples. It plays a major role in providing assistance to the people of Palestine and delivering humanitarian aid to the people of the Gaza Strip.
