Dr. Nour El-Hoda El-Gammal, Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of the Mishkat Nour Foundation, reviewed the Foundation's activities with media personality Hamdy Rizk on Sada El-Balad TV. These activities include improving the efficiency of residential neighborhoods, educating children in alternative slum areas, art and sports schools, and talent discovery.
Media personality Hamdy Rizk reviewed the activities of the Mishkat Nour Foundation for Science and Cultural Enlightenment, which serves the community in various fields, in his program "A Look with Hamdy Rizk," which aired on Sada El-Balad TV last Thursday and Friday.
The program featured the prominent media personality's visit to the valiant city and his meeting with Dr. Nour El-Hoda El-Gammal, Chairwoman of the Foundation's Board of Trustees, in the presence of Major General Adel El-Ghadban, Governor of Port Said. During the visit, he visited several of the Foundation's headquarters and observed its activities in person, such as the charitable and service activities of the "Emaar" program, and improving the efficiency of residential neighborhoods, such as Fatima Al-Zahraa in the suburbs district, through the internal and external renovation of buildings and streets, and the provision of various services. In addition, he visited the Continuing Education School in the Ali bin Abi Talib area of Al-Zahour neighborhood, which receives hundreds of students from slum alternatives as part of an educational program in cooperation with the Education Directorate to establish and raise students' levels in all academic subjects. This program also includes classes to address learning difficulties and Down syndrome, taught by a number of top teachers and behavioral modification specialists. Students are also taught the Cambridge curriculum, music, drawing, singing, choir, and acting, and a sports school is provided to discover athletic and artistic talents. During his tour, he also visited the puppet theater, which is held periodically in areas served by the Mishkat Noor Foundation. The program focuses on raising awareness among children and instilling moral principles in their souls.
