Some Opinions from Our Trainees in Upper Egypt About the Compass Program
Here’s a glimpse of our trainees' opinions in Upper Egypt about the Compass Program and how it has enhanced their skills and prepared them for the job market.
Through the Compass Program, we were able to benefit the youth of Upper Egypt by providing them with courses in Mini MBA, Advanced ICDL, and raising awareness about Community Policing Programs and their positive impact on improving individual behaviors towards their community.
The Compass Program aims to address the issue of civil society fragmentation in villages and slums, enhance neighborhood efficiency, and provide technical and administrative support. It achieves three Sustainable Development Goals:
- Ensure quality and equitable education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
- Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
- Reduce inequality within and among countries.
Our Mission: To activate self-regulation and community oversight through the "Kiosk Ethics" project and to realign civil society organizations towards behavior improvement alongside various forms of aid.
Mishkat Nour Foundation is the first civil society organization focused on behavior in a scientific and systematic way. It introduced a unique model with specific programs and performance measurement criteria based on a set timeline to implement the Sustainable Development Goals. It also added a "Behavior Modification" goal and launched the Community Policing and Hearts programs to achieve this goal, linking all development programs with behavior through its pioneering global project, "Kiosk Ethics."
