Opinions of Our Trainees on the Compass Program and How They Benefited from It
The ICDL has become very important in the job market, and almost every job relies on it. That’s why, through the Compass Program, we were able to explain the Advanced ICDL to our trainees, which will significantly impact their employability.
Here are some opinions from our trainees on the Compass Program and how they benefited from it.
After completing the first phase of the Compass Program, where we trained 1,200 individuals from the youth of Sohag and Luxor governorates—specifically in 90 villages in Upper Egypt as part of the "Kiosk Ethics" project under the "Haya Karima" initiative—we were able to provide training in the Mini MBA for Business Management, Advanced ICDL, and Community Policing Program.
The Compass Program aims to address the issue of civil society fragmentation in villages and slums, enhance the efficiency of neighborhoods, and provide technical and administrative support.
The program achieves three Sustainable Development Goals:
- Ensure quality and equitable education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
- Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
- Reduce inequality within and among countries.
