Skill Development is a Crucial Part of the Compass Program, Where We Have Enhanced Trainees' Skills in Teamwork, Presentation, and Entrepreneurial Thinking.

 

Here are some opinions from our trainees on how they benefited from the Compass Program.

 

After completing the first phase of the Compass Program, where we trained 1,200 young men and women from Sohag and Luxor governorates—specifically in 90 villages in Upper Egypt as part of the "Kiosk Ethics" project under the "Haya Karima" initiative—we provided training in Mini MBA, Advanced ICDL, and Community Policing Program.

The Compass Program aims to address the issue of civil society fragmentation in villages and slums, enhance neighborhood efficiency, and provide technical and administrative support.

 

It achieves three Sustainable Development Goals:

 

1. Ensure quality, equitable education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
2. Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.
3. Reduce inequality within and among countries.
