Our training programs in Upper Egypt
Our training programs in Upper Egypt are still ongoing.
As part of our efforts to train young men and women in Upper Egypt on the Mini MBA and Advanced ICDL, and to raise awareness about community policing programs that aim to refine individual behavior and guide it towards development and productivity:
Mishka Noor Foundation is the first civil society organization to focus systematically on behavior in a scientific manner. The Compass Program aims to:
- Enhance the scientific, technical, and administrative efficiency of civil society, local community institutions, and youth cadres through various programs and professional training packages, following a series of community dialogues with these institutions.
The Community Policing Program reflects:
- The integration of all programs offered by the organization with behavioral modification, following intensive behavioral adjustment and unique self and community oversight for targeted groups, within a framework of constructive collaboration with local and executive state institutions. This approach significantly impacts lifestyle changes and addresses some of the most pressing behavioral issues in informal settlements and the broader community.
Our mission is to activate self and community oversight through the "Ethics Kiosk" project and adjust the path of civil society organizations towards behavior, alongside various forms of assistance.
Mishka Noor Foundation introduced the first unique model with specific programs and performance measurement criteria based on a defined timeline for implementing Sustainable Development Goals. It also added a new goal, "Behavior Modification," to the Sustainable Development Goals, and provided the Community Policing and Hearts programs to achieve this goal. Additionally, it connected all developmental programs with behavior through its distinguished global project, "Ethics Kiosk."
