Mishkat Nour's training programs in Upper Egypt are designed to address the growing focus on startups and business, aiming to reduce unemployment and provide job opportunities for youth.
To keep pace with labor market changes and equip our young people with essential business management skills, we have introduced the Mini MBA and Advanced ICDL courses.
We have also raised awareness about the importance of community policing programs and their positive impact on improving individual behaviors towards their community.
The Compass Program aims to:
- Address the issue of fragmentation in civil society within villages and informal settlements.
- Enhance the efficiency of neighborhoods and provide them with technical and administrative support.
It achieves three Sustainable Development Goals:
- Ensuring quality and equitable education and providing lifelong learning opportunities for all.
- Achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.
- Reducing inequality within and between countries.
Our mission: Activate self and community oversight through the "Ethics Kiosk" project and adjust the path of civil society organizations towards behavior alongside various forms of assistance.
Mishka Noor Foundation is the first civil society organization to focus systematically on behavior in a scientific manner. We introduced a unique model with specific programs and performance measurement criteria based on a set timeline for achieving Sustainable Development Goals. We also added a new goal, "Behavior Modification," to the Sustainable Development Goals, and developed the Community Policing and Hearts programs to achieve this goal. Additionally, we have connected all developmental programs with behavior through our distinguished global project, "Ethics Kiosk."
