Ahmad Abdel Fattah’s feedback as one of the trainees in the Compass Program

Skill development is a crucial part of the Compass Program, through which we've been able to enhance trainees' skills in teamwork, presentation, and entrepreneurial thinking. 

 

Ahmad Abdel Fattah, one of the trainees, shared that he greatly benefited from the training. He noted that he had previously failed in five projects due to a lack of proper theoretical planning. He affirmed that he will retry after the training and work on his project in agricultural crop drying, hoping for success this time. 

 

Ahmad was pleased with the notable cooperation from the institution's team and the instructors. He encouraged other young people to apply for the training.
