Behavior Modification Program

Community Police Program

The Community Police Program aims to:

Activate self and community surveillance within the framework of constructive cooperation with local, executive, and security state institutions. This collaboration is designed to impact the behaviors affecting Egyptian society, particularly in informal settlements, as well as society at large. The focus areas include issues such as thuggery, vandalism, waste management, exploitation, unemployment, and others.

The Community Policing Program is divided into several branches, including:

1- Social Assistance Management:

This branch involves entering data for direct assistance provided to beneficiaries, focusing on the condition of buildings, residential apartments, and streets. It includes the renewal and maintenance of plumbing, roofs, staircase maintenance, and street cleanliness, among other services.

2- Research Management:

This crucial department is responsible for conducting research that serves the other institution's departments. Trained researchers conduct field research to categorize cases as eligible or ineligible for services.

3- Input Management:

This involves the data entry process for programs, projects, and activities executed by the institution. It also includes entering employee data in the Human Resources department and financial administration data. Accuracy and regular system updates are essential to ensure the availability of accurate and updated information.

4- Audit Management:

This specialized management focuses on auditing and reviewing the implementation of tasks by each department. It involves collecting data, making observations on the execution, and submitting detailed reports on each department's status.

5- Behavior Officer:

This role involves re-adjusting negative behavior and steering it towards a positive direction. It evaluates positive behavior and creates incentives to contribute to building a positive community that cares about both internal and external institutional environments.

6- Banners and Awareness Messages:

This branch executes campaigns where various issues are discussed and presented through banners in streets, public parks, and other gathering places.
