Economic Empowerment
The program is called "Al-Bousla" (The Compass).
The Al-Bousla program aims to enhance the scientific, technical, and managerial capabilities of civil society, local community institutions, and youth cadres. This is achieved through various programs and professional training courses following a series of community dialogues with these institutions. The objective is to assist struggling institutions and associations in villages and impoverished areas in providing social services more effectively. This, in turn, serves large segments of society and increases sustainability rates within these communities.
The "Al-Bousla" program is divided into several branches, including:
1- Enhancement of Municipalities' Efficiency:
Supporting administrative and technical aspects of neighborhoods to modify the organizational behavior of neighborhood management through the establishment of a new system, including:
Administrative and technical structure
Public and household waste management
Establishing management to modify staff behavior
2- Building Capacities and Leadership:
Training employees within the system on various computer programs through the Al-Bousla program. This is done within the framework of the community engagement of Mashkat Noor Foundation and preparing them for leadership roles in the state's administrative apparatus.
3- Enhancement of Civil Society Competence:
Supporting non-governmental organizations administratively and technically, promoting ethical practices throughout civil society organizations, offering workshops in all administrative tasks, supporting them with financial programs for efficient management, and providing accounting and technical programs for better operation.
Also, the introduction of the ERP SYSTEM:
This digital ethical kiosk project represents a transformation of the civil society business model into a model that relies on digital technology in service delivery and integrates digital technology into all social assistance, leading to a radical change in how civil society institutions serve beneficiaries.
4- Tourism Development Program:
Organizing nationwide tourism events with the aim of spreading Egyptian culture, accomplished through various activities.
5- Enhancement of Institute Competence:
Establishment of playgrounds
Establishment of gardens
Creating an aesthetic appearance
Technical, technological, and administrative support for the institute.
6- Youth Skills Development:
Building responsible community leaders through the implementation of more than twenty sub-programs branching from humanitarian programs. All these programs focus on behavior modification, leadership, providing technical and professional support, and facilitating career development.
7- Partnerships:
Establishing partnerships and protocols with authorities, entities, and organizations.
